David is an experienced financial services leader, having spent nearly 40 years in retail banking in the UK and the US. Initially with RBS/NatWest and more recently with Citizens Bank in North America and Tesco Bank, where, as COO, his responsibilities included technology, operations, security, property and procurement.

He now works as a non-executive director, supporting a number of smaller start-up and scale-up businesses across different sectors, as well as being a trustee at a prominent Scotland-wide charity.

With over 35 years’ experience in financial services, Alan is an IT director and consultant specialising in large-scale technology transformation. During his career, he has established and led complex IT functions, driving innovation and operational excellence, principally within retail banking.

More recently, he has advised on strategic technology initiatives across financial services and retail. Alan brings experience in digital transformation, change delivery, risk management and strategic IT governance to the advisory board.

Andrew is a widely respected retail executive and board advisor, whose career spans leadership roles in large-scale retail operations, transformation, technology, property and customer experience. He served almost a decade on the Executive Committee of the John Lewis Partnership, during which time he chaired the Scottish Retail Consortium, was founding chair of Essential Edinburgh and a director of Business LDN. He then became a senior advisor at Bain, before taking over as group CEO of the UK’s biggest toy retailer.

Recognised for his collaborative leadership, strategic skill and commercial acumen, Andrew has been a leading figure in UK retail for over 20 years.

Kate is an ambitious, values-driven executive leader with over 30 years’ experience in regulated businesses, combining strategic vision, commercial acumen and strong leadership.

A recognised payments specialist, Kate is known for galvanising teams and delivering complex transformation, customer solutions and fraud prevention initiatives. At Pay.UK, she led the expansion of Confirmation of Payee and supported the introduction of mandatory reimbursement requirements.
