Scotland’s only remaining building society to use CBS expertise to maintain cutting-edge service. CBS Change Partners will deliver its Fractional Change Partnership services with a team of change specialists.

CBS Change Partners and Scottish Building Society - two Edinburgh-based businesses serving customers nationwide - have agreed a new deal which will see CBS specialists delivering an IT and business change agenda for Scotland’s only remaining building society.

CBS Change Partners, which opened 20 years ago as CBS Consulting, delivers complex change programmes for clients in the financial services sector, expanding more recently into the retail and public sectors. It has doubled in size over the last 4 years, and is experiencing a significant increase in demand for professional support from multiple business sectors.

Scottish Building Society, is over 175 years old and is the world’s oldest remaining building society. It doubled its total assets in five years from 2020; the strongest organic growth of any building society in the UK over this period.

The partnership will see CBS change specialists working in the Society to deliver Digital Transformation, AI-Enablement and Process Optimisation.
